I’m in full decorating mode for the holidays. You may have seen my inspiration this year–scandinavian simplicity with a bold choice of turquoise, linen, and black.
My stockings and banner have all been with this palette and I’m pleased as punch. I wanted to add a little something to my kitchen table. The linen print would be fun but I wanted to work with my embroidery module. I found a very sweet and simple design using some of the motifs in the print, birds and hearts, on the BERNINA Embroidery Design Studio website, design GNEB57787 . I decided to work with solids and a plain linen, the design, and a rolled hem in black.
Simple winter perfection! This is such a great way to liven up your table that can even be enjoyed after the new year.

I’m a Bernina customer from SF. Would it be possible to purchase the design from you remotely? I love the look for holiday napkins! I’m not aware of a local dealer source!!
