Susan Beal has a beautiful new book Sewing for All Seasons with great projects for sewists throughout the year. Her book is packed with fun illustrations, design inspiration and easy instructions. Susan has been bringing crafty-goodness over at her blog West Coast Crafty for years and has authored many books, including Modern Log Cabin Quilting and World of Geek Craft. Join us to celebrate this local crafting superstar and her fun new book!
Friday evening, September 27th at 6pm we will have Susan and her newest book right here at MD! She has prepared giveaways and for each person who purchases the book you will receive a kit to make your very own perfect-for-fall coffee cozy.
Here are a few projects from her book, and the best part is Susan will be giving away kits at the party to make each of these sweet projects!
We will have snacks and treats and Susan will host a quick Q and A and sign your new book; we will also have a selection of Susan’s original, handmade quilts hanging in our classroom. It is sure to be a super event, so mark your calendars, come over, and hang out!
