We had a beautiful month of May in the studio with these quilts made by the Portland Modern Quilt Guild. It’s special to have these completed quilts on display because they were pieced and quilted right here in our studio! The Portland Modern Quilt Guild has been a long time friend to us and we love sharing our space with them once a month during their Charity Sew Days!
Many hands make light work.
We so appreciate the women behind these quilts. Each quilt represents the collaboration and community we are all a part of – from their generous involvement and work, to the homes these quilts will ultimately end up in. These quilts illustrate the heart of what we love about this community.
The quilt patterns are chosen buy the PMQG members and assembled in a collaborative effort by the group. Charity Sew Days are lead and facilitated by Cath Hall.
Thanks so much, PMQG! We have loved hosting your quilts and can’t wait for your next sew day in the shop!
