Discover the Qmatic, BERNINA’s state-of-the-art system for automated quilting in this two-day class! You’ll come away with the basics for operating the Qmatic on the Q24, including how to set up edge-to-edge quilting designs.
We will cover pattern repeats, trimming, queuing designs to stitch out, and advancing to stitch the next row. As well as, creating and setting up designs from edge-to-edge motifs to stitch out on your quilt.
This class includes one three hour session with our knowledgeable Modern Domestic Staff at our NE Alberta St Location and one half-day session scheduled at your convenience for independent practice. The independent practice (aka solo flight) is scheduled at your convenience within one month of your Qmatic Basic Class date.
Please Note: The completion of Q Series: Longarm Basic class and Solo Flight is a prerequisite for registering for this class. The completion of Q Series: Qmatic Basic and Solo Flight is a prerequisite for renting half or whole day sessions to use the Qmatic.
