Get your sewing life off to a great start with this in-person, single session, 2 hour introductory class at our NE Alberta location! Your machine purchase with Modern Domestic includes this informative (and fun!) instructional class on all your new machine can offer you as a sewist. In this class our knowledgeable bernette Educators will help you get to know your new bernette with our eight pre-recorded guided bernette Machine Owner videos. These courses are designed to teach you everything from machine setup to cleaning and oiling, and more! We will answer questions you have along the way during this in-person class.
Supply List:
- Your machine, owner’s manual and ALL accessories
- An empty bobbin
- A spool of Mettler Metrosene thread
COVID-19 Policy – Proof of vaccination is required for class attendees. Please show your vaccination card upon arrival for class & studio rental. You do not need to wear a mask if you have been fully vaccinated and boosted. If you cannot provide proof of vaccine you are required to wear a mask fully covering your nose and mouth at all times while in the Modern Domestic classroom.
