The latest session of my Classic Shirt Dress class wrapped up this week. I had such a great time with these ladies, and everyone made absolutely adorable dresses!
In July I’m teaching April Rhode’s The Staple Dress pattern. I’m so excited to be able to offer a dress class appropriate for beginning sewists.
I’m really looking forward to the kids sewing camps I’m teaching this summer. The majority of the classes I teach are geared toward adults, but I always have such a great time teaching kids. They are so imaginative, fearless, enthusiastic, and hilarious.
Summer will officially kick off in a few short weeks, so now is a good time to start thinking about beefing up your warm-weather wardrobe.
I had so much fun checking out everyone’s progress during Jacquie Gering’s all-day Slice and Insert Improv quilting workshop this week.
We are really looking forward to having Jacquie Gering guest teach at the shop on May 15th! She will be in town for Quilt Market, so we’ve snagged her to teach a Wednesday Workshop while she’s in Portland.
