At Modern Domestic, we are crazy about making cowls! With spring approaching, we are using pretty double gauze and Liberty of London prints to make cowls, which are lighter in weight than knit scarves, and still so beautiful!

While I love scrappy, intricately pieced quilts and enjoy combining prints, I have to be honest with myself. I am a large scale quilter. I need the pieces to be big–the bigger the better. That is how I actually manage to get quilts done.
