Modern Domestic offers ALL BRAND sewing machine, serger and embroidery module maintenance and repair. Regular maintenance is necessary to keep your machine running smoothly for years to come. Tony, our BERNINA certified technician has over 40 years of experience in maintaining and fixing every machine brand imaginable.
When your machine is at Modern Domestic for service, you will receive free Open Sewing until it is finished.
Turn around time is currently 7-10 days, unless out of stock parts are needed.
We are sorry, but at this time we do not service machines that have a built-in cabinet. If the machine can be removed from the cabinet at home, we will be happy to service the machine.
In order for us to carefully and completely service your machine, please include the following accessories when you bring your machine in:
- Machine
- Foot pedal
- Cord
- Bobbin Case
- Basic zig-zag presser foot (this will be your standard #1 or A foot)
- Any cams that allow you to change stitches (common in some older machines)
- Buttonhole foot (if you would like your buttonhole tested)
- Please leave all other accessories and presser feet at home
